Our project is a community based process in Hajdúhadház where three thousand Roma inhabitants live and aims their community integration with complex and inter-professional approach. We want to achieve their integration, and reducing discrimination and segregation with self-organizing and mobilizing local resources to create an self-sustaining process. Target groups: activated members of local Roma and non-Roma population, including parents, grandparents, youth, small enterprisers, local decision-makers, institutions (kindergardens, schools, social services, child welfare and cultural institutions) professionals, churches personalities and active members . Both Roma and non-Roma populations carried out in the community intervention process, working with the entire community. Main activities: I. Job training and community workers. II. The human service system, coordinating the work of specialists, in order to renew the children. III. Generation of young people in various community activities. IV. Gypsy-Roma did not generate a good relationship. Sun Local sustainable economic resource mobilization. The community development program, social workers, youth workers, teachers, media professionals, volunteer students are enrolled. We cooperate with the local government, the institution system, churches and civic organizations. The results of the project to local decision-makers, institutions, organizations and the community can benefit.
