The Bihar’s Development Association would like to provide a debt-management service by 20 mentors in Bihar’s sub-region, which is according to our pervious TAMOP-5.3.5 program. At this TAMOP program we built up the mentoring network, where mentors were involved form government-run family social workers, the reason was, that they are associated with those families who are most in trouble and mostly need help. All the selected mentors successfully finished the state debt-management course during the program, so now they are professional expert of debt management.
On these basics, we would like to continue the work with our network. In both project the target group is the same: indebted families in the disadvantaged sub-region of Bihar. Our strategy based on the relationship of trust with the target group, which could provide effective access.
At the planned one year project we would reach 150 indebted families in the region, of which 80 cases we would give an efficient help of them. In our project we would like to collaborate with the Employment Office of Hajdu-Bihar County and its sub-regional bureau, we are still working in close cooperation with the local governments, minority governments, family support services and other interested civil organizations.
