Summary: 

1.1.Aims and objectives
Reinforcement and improvement of the human resources of the involved NGOs, to establish community services, clubs and a Roma group in 6 rural settlements. These are expected to act as prevention tools applying the keeping ability and strengthen the social network, being a kind of supportive/social service.
1.2.Target groups
Members, leaders and volunteers of the NGOs, young and elder people of the settlements, Roma parents, children
1.3.Main activities
Project kick-off and closing training, course on club management and mentoring, establishment of 6 clubs, creation of a “Teenager Mothers' Group – Roma Group”, study trips, publication of brochures, developing a distance learning material (club management),organising “The Day of Generations”.

1.5.Cooperation,future use of the results
The project will create 6 clubs and a Roma group, will train 10 club managers which will provide the base for further community development and/or new community services. The participating organisations are expected to work as a team, to be strengthened and develop joint projects. Owing to the distance learning material, further volunteers may get trained and encouraged to take part in the community work. The motherhood responsibility feeling of 10 teenager Roma mothers will be strengthened and they will be trained how to become a conscious parent and improve their children's skills appropriatel
