Summary:
Organising nature protection actions in cooperation with other associations targeting areas and populations of endangered species which are outside the protection zones against negative agricultural progresses
Organising nature protection actions in cooperation with other associations, targeting areas and populations of endangered species which are outside the protection zones.
The target groups are: in approximately 50 ha 4 hunting organisations (group of farmers and hunters). Through its 100 members mainly about 500 farmers. Besides this 5 local government with 40 representatives, and through 10 local media channel appr. 30 thousand local inhabitants.
The project concentrates on 2 main areas:
1. protection of the near extensive close gardens’ orchards, its local breeds and community of biomes.
2. protection of balks and artificial lakes. Cooperation of environmentalists and hunters for the habitats of winged games and the connected natural values.
The most important partners are: nature protection associations from the region, those who have hunting rights, and local governments.
In the frame of the cooperation, originally opposing organisations work together against agricultural activities. As a result the protection of valuable habitats can be realized which are important for hunting and nature conservation points of view as well.
